واگذاری اموال مازاد بانک¬ها: تلفیق رویکرد طراحی سازوکار و تأمین مالی ساختاریافته

واگذاری اموال مازاد بانکها یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل نظام بانکی کشور است که اهمیت بسزایی در حل ناترازی این بخش از اقتصاد خواهد داشت. روشهای متعددی مانند مزایده و مذاکره برای واگذاری اموال مازاد بانکها مورداستفاده قرار میگیرد که این روشها با به‌کارگیری ابزارهای جدید بازار سرمایه مانند اختیار خرید، اختیار فروش، صندوق‌های املاک و مستغلات، صندوق‌های پروژه و شرکت‌های سهامی عام پروژه قابل تقویت و تکمیل است. برای استفاده مؤثر از ابزارهای مذکور لازم است از روشهایی برای آشکارسازی تمایلات قیمتی واگذارکنندگان اموال مازاد (بانکها) و خریداران (سرمایهگذاران انفرادی و نهادی) بهره گرفت. برای نیل به این هدف در این مقاله به تشریح چگونگی استفاده از روشهای طراحی سازوکار (مکانیسم) خواهیم پرداخت. همچنین برای یکسانسازی اطلاعات خریداران و فروشندگان در خصوص بازده واقعی دارائیهای مورد واگذاری از شبیهسازی مونت‌کارلو مبتنی بر معادلات دیفرانسیل تصادفی کمک خواهیم گرفت.
